Objects of IPR in the management sector are:

• Types of plants and breeds of animals;
• Trademarks (logos for goods or services);
• Commercial (company) name;
• Geographical designation;
• Trade secrets;
• Computer software;
• Other objects, stipulated by law;

Services (the list is not comprehensive):

• Appeal of actions of state bodies controlling manufacture, export, import of disks and laser systems;
• Legal assistance in case of being made answerable for illegal distribution, usage of computer software samples, soundtracks, video grams;
• Recognition of IPR for a trademark;
• Representation on the behalf of a proprietor of IPR in state bodies, during negotiations;
• Registration of legal papers and fulfillment of necessary tasks in applying penal sanctions of the Antimonopoly committee of the Ukraine in an event of unfair competition;
