 To begin the registration of a management subject, it is necessary to provide the following documents and information:

• copies of passports and identity numbers of the owners (founders) – physical bodies and officials (director, head accountant)
• copies of constituent documents of the founder – legal person, correctly certified
• if the founders – individuals are registered as private entrepreneurs, an additional copy of their state registration certificate is required;
• information about the enterprise name
• information about the legal address
• information about the amount and way of forming the authorized capital
• in the case that a founder of the company is a foreigner: a copy of the passport, translated into Ukrainian and notarized by a solicitor
• in case that a founder is a foreign legal person: an extract from a trade (bank) registry, with an apostil (another document of registration)

• Reservation of the enterprise name in the official governmental registry of the Ukraine;

 Permission to employ foreigners

There are cases, when it is necessary for a Ukrainian company to employ a foreign citizen. Most often this occurs when foreign founders also want a foreigner (for example one of the founders) to be the directors of their Ukrainian company.

If You want a foreign citizen to work for your company, it is necessary to receive preliminary permission to employ them for this from the centre of employment.

The permit is issued by the centre of employment for a 1 year period and can later be extended (each time for another year). The process of extending the permit is similar to the process of receiving a new permit, but additional information about the result of work for the previous year is required.

The Permit is also a basis for being granted a temporary resident of the Ukraine status.
